DPW was founded as a wood pattern shop. It was based on highly skilled people who have dedicated their lives to the trade. It is the same today. It is the years of honing skills, and the understanding of the processes of our customers that make the difference in our company today. Many people can make patterns and tooling, but the difference is the years of experience in knowing what works with our customers processes, is what is so valuable. The technical knowledge of appropriate shrink factors, pattern and core clearances, draft angles, wood layup structure, and structural reinforcement make the difference in actual use.
