First and foremost we listen to our customers.  In order to determine requirements, we may need to ask probing questions, evaluate the answers and supply feedback to confirm our understanding of the customer needs. Only by doing so can we acquire the in depth knowledge to develop the best solution to fit their individual project needs.

People

A highly trained workforce plays a pivotal role in DPW’s ability to produce high quality products. The employees are passionate about manufacturing excellence. It is important that every employee continues their growth within the company. For this reason, we have an extensive apprentice training and continuous improvement programs. Each DPW employee is customer focused and plays an integral part in our customer satisfaction.

Experience

For more than eight decades, DPW has manufactured precision wood patterns and tooling. In 1982, DPW was the first pattern shop in the Northwest to implement a CAD/CAM system and use CNC machines to produce high quality foundry tooling. We have on staff over 100 years combined tooling experience using CAD/CAM systems. We excel at developing unique manufacturing and tooling solutions. This allows our customers produce the high quality, close tolerance products that make them the industry leaders they are. We continue to work with some of the most highly respected research and development companies in the world.
